This pattern is Lazy Katy Shawl.  This pattern can be found at Ravelry Lazy Katy.  I used Regia Hand dye effect yarn .

 This is the Rock Island Shawl. I used Lace Scrumptious Yarn 45% Silk 55% Merino. A very pretty yarn and very easy to work with. I purchased this pattern through Earth Faire.
